3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

• Accounts are created using Solana wallet authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person or entity may maintain only one account

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@trogent.fun
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access
• Keep your wallet credentials secure and never share them

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through our platform may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (such as OpenAI). You are responsible for compliance with those terms and for the appropriate use of AI-generated content.

6. Payment and Billing

• Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
